I posted in late January about a possible link between excess deaths and the Covid 19 vaccine. Andrew Bridgen MP has doggedly pursued the issue and requested a House of Commons debate that took place yesterday afternoon.
Only 15 MPs were present but at the end of his remarks, the public gallery erupted into cheers, so there were many more members of the public there to hear Mr. Bridgen speak than his House of Commons colleagues.
I won’t summarise his remarks as you can listen to them for yourself here, but will highlight a few points.
On data. Mr. Bridgen noted that the Office of National Statistics (ONS) used to release weekly data on deaths per 100k in vaccinated and unvaccinated people but no longer does so, which begs the question as to why. ONS has also changed the formula it uses to calculate excess deaths, effectively airbrushing away 20k excess deaths with a new ‘normal’ baseline.
The UK government is deliberately hiding key data from the public and regulatory agencies that would help us understand what is causing these excess deaths. Record level data that should be anonymised and disclosed to the public, isn’t. However, it is being given to pharmaceutical companies.
On misleading claims (lies). The Covid vaccines were repeatedly said to be “safe and effective” (the sales slogan, Bridgen noted, for Thalidomide). The mainstream media became Big Pharma’s marketing department. Safe means without risk of injury or death, but many people were injured by the vaccine and died. Effective means it stops transmission and infection - it did neither. Even Boris Johnson admitted in October 2021 that the vaccine doesn’t protect against catching the disease or passing it on.
On conflicts of interest. Mr. Bridgen mentions that the Association of the British Pharmaceutical Industry (ABPI) is headed by Susan Rienow, UK Country President of Pfizer. Earlier this month, ABPI found that Pfizer brought discredit on the industry after senior executives used social media to promote an “unlicensed” Covid vaccine. Pfizer, which made $58.5 billion last year, was ordered to pay just £34,800 in administrative costs.
Mr. Bridgen ended by asking the House to support the motion for Baroness Hallett’s inquiry to open module 4 on the safety and efficacy of the experimental Covid 19 vaccines and for the UK government to immediately suspend all mRNA treatments.
Andrew Bridgen is on the right side of history here, as he was on the Post Office scandal. Without him this debate would never have happened. Neale Hanvey (Alba) also made an excellent speech and it was good to hear someone with medical knowledge contributing to the debate. Graham Stringer, a Labour MP, had initially written privately to the government about his concerns re the mRNA shots and excess deaths but was given no evidence to back the assertions that there is no link between them. He realised that he would have to raise his concerns in public and he did so very effectively. I hope I live long enough to see the truth being exposed on all matters related to the pandemic.
Looking at Brigdens bio, via Wikipedia, I'd be careful about his anti vaxx claims, he is less than believable on many matters, and very much a right wing Tory.
Only one thing I can see that is positive, he has managed to make non payment of the TV licence a civil matters, rather than an actual crime. Do watch Dr. Susan Oliver's YouTube videos about COVID-19, facts, stats and data, it's all there. Link in my previous comment.
