Peter Young, an exiled Scot in Denmark and editor of The School Times International, interviewed me earlier this month on the forthcoming US presidential election. We covered a lot of ground, even touching on Scotland!
Towards the end of the interview, I referred to the 2004 - when I meant the 2000 - presidential election between George W. Bush and Al Gore as being one of the most consequential elections in recent history.
