Why we're told there's no money...

Why doesn’t anyone ever ask the English political parties - the ones who want to continue to dominate Scotland so they can steal our resources to prop up their decrepit and failing state - why they insist the government has no money when it owns a central bank that can create unlimited amounts of the stuff?

The supine mainstream media won’t ask, either, because it’s owned by billionaires who couldn’t care less about the great unwashed public. And the BBC, pretending to represent that public, is the British State’s main vehicle for lying to it.

Empty suit Sir Keir Starmer, a cypher for the wealthy City elites who bankroll his English Labour in Name Only (ELINO) party, dutifully parrots what he’s been told by his financial masters or else he knows he’ll be tossed aside (remember Jeremy Corbyn?) for someone who will.

To show just how thoroughly ELINO has been captured by the financial class, a Foreign Office official working on business affairs said that the City of London Corporation has just hired five ELINO advisors as part of its efforts to keep Sir Keir and his motley crew on side. Naturally, these advisors claim the government is skint so must turn to big business and Gulf autocrats who are chomping at the bit to buy up more of UK PLC, with Scotland’s renewables sector an irresistible target.

It’s why ELINO won’t end the £35 billion freebie to commercial banks, interest paid on their Bank of England reserve account balance, which they did nothing to earn.

ELINO’s prawn cocktail charm offensive started years ago. In December, it hired ten City grandees to “help the party work with the financial services sector rather than introduce a ‘whole new set of rules’. Translation - deregulate, deregulate, deregulate, giving the City of London even more freedom to launder the world’s dirty money. And Rachel Reeves is reviewing financial services in Edinburgh no doubt to continue sleekit Jeremy Hunt’s regulatory rollback in his ‘Edinburgh Reforms.’

Now ELINO is trying to hoodwink the Scottish People with its GB Energy shell game, a plan to sell off even more of Scotland’s renewable energy to foreign corporations.

All ELINO offers Scotland is more abject misery. It won’t end the two-child benefit cap, renationalise public services, abolish universal credit, bring back freedom of movement, increase tax on high earners or do a damn thing to improve the lives of the people they claim they want to serve because they’ve been bought lock stock and barrel by the vulture capitalists who are intent on feasting on the rotting UK carcass.

The Scottish People need to realise the only way out of this failing union is to rise up and end it.
