Have covid vaccines contributed to excess deaths?
Why vaccine safety should be urgently reviewed
While the Covid public inquiry obsesses about WhatsApp messages, it has postponed indefinitely its review of vaccine safety Why?
During the Scottish Government’s 2022 inquiry into excess deaths (which in 2021 were 12% above the average), a third of respondents cited the vaccines as a causal agent but the final report omitted this. University of Edinburgh Professor Richard Ennos wrote that “the short-term effects of these experimental medications in clinical trials have shown greater mortality” among those who received the vaccine than from those who got a placebo. No long-term vaccine safety data exists, so the vaccine rollout was a massive public health experiment with no evidence it would benefit the public.
The rise in excess deaths was 16% above the five-year average from weeks 23 to 50 of 2021, and the highest for the last 50 years over the same period.
With the worst of Covid over, annual deaths from all causes should have returned to at least pre-pandemic levels. But they haven’t. A large body of evidence, including the UK Yellow Card reporting scheme, shows a high frequency of serious adverse effects and deaths associated with the mRNA vaccine. The 50-64 age group was impacted the most, experiencing a rise in excess deaths of 12% in 2022 and 13% in 2023.
The US has also experienced unusually high excess deaths, particularly among young working-age people. The life insurance industry has raised the alarm saying the death toll is disturbing and deserves urgent attention. The UK actuarial body reported that 2022 excess deaths were 3 times higher for those aged 20-44 than those aged 75-84.
Andrew Bridgen, MP for North West Leicestershire, sponsored a January 16th parliamentary hearing on excess deaths. He cited Carl Heneghan, Professor of Evidence-Based Medicine at Oxford, who said the causes of these excess deaths, mainly from heart disease, can’t be explained by Covid, population growth or an ageing population. Consultant cardiologist Dr. Aseem Malhotra said a leading causal agent of excess deaths has to the experimental mRNA vaccine until proven otherwise.
Alba MP Neale Hanvey has supported Andrew Bridgen in calling for a longer debate on the rising numbers of excess deaths.
Bridgen said the UK government has the data on dosage dates and deaths that could settle the matter of vaccine safety, but refuses to release it publicly. It has, however, given it to Pfizer, AstraZeneca and Moderna, corporations who have secured immunity from liability.
Before Bridgen was expelled from the Conservative Party for pursuing this issue, a senior Tory privately told him there was no political appetite for his views and in 20 years he is probably going to be proven right. But in the meantime, he’s taking on the most powerful vested interest in the world at great personal risk to himself and to his family.
This came to my attention today, an open letter from Britain's Health Advisory and Recovery Team leads calling for a suspension of mRNA boosters. More research is urgently required and the UK Government should immediately commence Module 4 (vaccine efficacy) of the Covid Inquiry.

Hi, thanks for taking the time to write the article. The relationship between the rushed and minimally tested COVID vaccines and patterns in excess deaths needs a careful spotlight shone on it until there is a full and proper study.
It's a complex topic and important how to express, so I wondered about one thing you wrote - "With the worst of Covid over, annual deaths from all causes should have returned to at least pre-pandemic levels".
If we take 2023 as example, comparing 2023 to the "pre-pandemic' numbers of all-cause deaths, Scotland today has almost a 10% increase in people over 65 years old. We have 45,500 more 65-74 year olds (+8.1%), 22,100 more 75-84 year olds (+6.7%), and almost 15,000 more over 85 (a whopping +12.3%). With almost 10% more elderly people - especially 12% more over 85s - all cause deaths will inevitably be much higher than pre-pandemic?
I wondered what you thought of that, and how you consider population change when considering total number of deaths?
Do agree there are things very awry with all-cause deaths, especially in summer 2021, but it needs care to separate that from the population changes, and show it.
Thanks again, enjoy the Substack!
