Not sure I share your pessimism, Alan. It’s clear, S30 and asking / negotiating with Westminster is a dead end. But I have the feeling that 2024 is going to be very interesting from the point of view of other routes to Independence. Scotland hasn’t even begun to explore Political Rights (Referendums and Initiatives) in the context of Human Rights, for example. The politiciens don’t want the electorate to know what Popular Sovereignty (Direct Democracy (DD)) REALLY means but something tells me in 2024 they’re going to find out...
