Spot on Leah, ‘a whole new inexaustable oil and gas industry ahead’ in renewables which is the most energetic in Europe both wind and tide. The topography of our western coastline says it all with wind and wave 💨 👋 set to get even stronger. Why then we ask, given that this new energy will mainly come from Scotland does the national grid datum sit somewhere in Essex giving us the biggest tarrif in the UK to use it? Another stealth tax.

Yes, absolutely. The SNP govt should be shouting this from the rooftops. Too bad it's just a colonial administration. The People need to take control.

Maybe if this is just another SNP bad space then I’m in the wrong place! I thought it was to support Independence but maybe it’s not?

It must be fairly obvious to people like Doug Morrison, in spite of the powerful media propaganda that a UK Government, which is not noted for its generousity to foreigners should be prepared, year after year, to keep subsidising the Scots. Surely they must ask themselves what is in it for the UK? If they thought about it they must realize that the propaganda is a bit strange, surely something must come from Scotland? Douglas Morrison should know that he got his name from Scotland.

You'd think so. But I was speaking to an English friend not so long ago, quite intelligent usually, who was absolutely convinced that England subsidises Scotland. She was unwilling to listen to my arguments.

The problem is, the SNP aren't capable of running the country, look at all the c*ck ups they manage to pull off with the limited power they have. Humza has been a disaster in every position he's held, and they make him head Honcho.

If the British state doesn't already have enough agents acting against Scotlands interests, they certainly will before the 2026 election. What's to be done? I don't know.
